At Lakeside Buggies, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To assist you, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened parts.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Only items that are unopened and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Special order parts, lithium batteries, and any electronic parts are non-refundable.
Process for Returns:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [insert customer service email] or [insert customer service phone number]. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if it meets our return criteria, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
